1. Size and Condition of Sample Gown: Please note that this is a floor sample and sold as "it is". Floor sample gowns may not be in perfect condition -- there may be discoloration, tears, loose threads, other areas that may need to be fixed, and may have been stretched from being tried on. Kindly be aware that bridal sizing is different from regular clothes' sizing, and different brands have different size charts. By purchasing this sample, you are accepting the size and current condition of this gown.

2. Final Sale: The dress has been significantly discounted for the purpose of the sample sale and no additional discounts will be applied. All sales are final. Refunds, returns, cancellations or exchanges are not accepted due to dislike of style, fit, or colour of gown or cancellation of event or any other reasons. The cost of alteration, fixinf and cleaning will be the customer's responsibility.

3. Liability of Trinity Bridal: You acknowledge that Trinity Bridal shall in no event be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages in tort, contract, warranty, or otherwise. You have no agreement with Trinity Bridal other than the terms listed.
